Service Level Guarantee...
We like to take care of our clients, so we guarantee the following level of service at all times.
- Personal service guaranteed by your dedicated account
manager.
- Ongoing advice and support for your business.
- Access to your dedicated account manager via Skype, email, telephone,
letters or face to face.
- Subject to all the appropriate information received as per
our annual accounts checklist, draft annual accounts will be submitted for
approval within 30 days.
- Subject to all the appropriate information received as per
our monthly checklist, all financial data, bookkeeping and VAT transactions will
processed and returned within seven to ten.
- All accounting work will be carried out by suitably
qualified and experienced personnel.
- As your agents, we will liaise with HM Revenue on your
behalf
- Letters will be answered within two days of receipt*
- Should it be necessary for you to leave a telephone message
it will be answered same day, or the following day at the latest*
- Emails received by 1500 hours on any normal working day will
be answered the same day, or the following day at the latest*
*Not including bank holidays, annual leave, staff training
days or unexpected circumstances.
